It is not a beginner rope. It is built for people who already control a heavy rope and want raw resistance and serious grip demand. It rewards slow, intentional heavy rope flow patterns like figure-8s, sneaks and dragon rolls that load your core and build functional strength. Heavy flow ropes are softer than a typical battle rope, so they roll and wrap around the body more easily.

    My goto rope supplier - confirmed!

    A great variety or great quality ropes. The light one slices through the air so agreably, while the 1kg one is a perfect transition to the significantly trickier to handle 1.5kg one.

    I purchased all my ropes here (except my first one), and it's the second time I purchase this particular package. And just a shout out to the customer service: one of the ropes was not the expected weight, but they were quick to fix the mistake and sent me the correct one on the next day!

    Strong and POWERFUL.

    Very good for grip and spinal engine work. The rope isn’t too stiff, looks slick and feels smooth. Heavy but not hard to use. One of my favourite heavy ropes with the Superwhale!👊🏽
