Basic RopeFlow Patterns
These videos are a great resource that cover the basics. After viewing this content you will see more people using our core principles; teaching with metronome, starting with the cardinal points and counting out loud, to name a few. These are all very important to do and to understand why we do them. All of these are based on progressive overload, and these are some ways to progress your practice :
1 - Heavier Ropes : Add a challenge and learn to optimize momentum and use gravity to your favor. A heavy rope will teach you more than your current coach :D
2 - Speed : Use reps over time, like max reps done on 20 seconds, or you can also use a metronome as a pacer. Our trademark Training protocol is based on measuring your speed progression over time, without sacrificing form.
