Heavy ropes have been around for a very long time, we could say they are one of the oldest training tools because of their versatility.

They are portable and don't require big spaces to be used, this makes them perfect to get a great workout on the go.

We can use them for high intensity interval training, supersets, active recovery between sets or mobility work for one of our main lifts, we can be sure we will get a great amount of work in a short amount of time.
