    A mighty couple

    Love the characteristics of both ropes. I'm relatively new to this rope game, but had great results using the 14mm rope for easier sessions and going a bit harder with the Ghost Shark rope. I'm convinced using differently weighted ropes in training is a great booster for the personal progress-learning new patterns or improving your overall performance. At least this is what i've experienced with my purchase.
