    A mighty couple

    Love the characteristics of both ropes. I'm relatively new to this rope game, but had great results using the 14mm rope for easier sessions and going a bit harder with the Ghost Shark rope. I'm convinced using differently weighted ropes in training is a great booster for the personal progress-learning new patterns or improving your overall performance. At least this is what i've experienced with my purchase.

    Best ropes I’ve tried so far

    The ghost shark is really nice to get into training with heavy ropes and the 12mm rope is the best all rounder I’ve tried so far.
