Winding Jugglers 550g – Purple Performance Ball (8.5 cm)

The flow zone. The 550g strikes the sweet spot between speed and strength. Build endurance, rhythm, and controlled power—then test your throws for distance and consistency over time.

Why you'll love it

  • Ideal step-up weight for progressive overload training
  • Smooth grip for reliable catches during long sets

Winding Jugglers 550g – 4 Ball Set

The middle ground. The 550-gram set is where speed meets control — a comfortable, balanced weight for most training sessions.

Train the same patterns you’d use with regular juggling balls or the 300 g, but feel more feedback on every catch. The extra weight forces you to stay coordinated, stable, and sharp.

Other ways to train

    • Throw for distance or height – track improvements week by week.
    • Alternate between light and medium sets for contrast sessions.
    • Discover small timing differences between your arms and fix them.
    • Great for endurance, coordination, and general flow training.

Best Feel Best Flow

It is hard to describe the perfect rope, it feels almost like weightless but so connected to your hands, it doesn't coil and looks good when going fast or slow

    A bit heavier

I noticed the weight on these ones and felt my timing was a bit off on the first day. But after a week the speed and technique are back to my normal level. I have experienced fatigue with these balls in long sessions because I enjoy juggling. But the balls have a enough give and do not fatigue the hands it is my biceps that feel the fatigue which has started to go away after the first week
