grim-hanger-heavy-flow-rope-46mm-3-7kg
The Grim Hanger - 46 mm Heavy Rope for Rope Flow 3.7 kg

The Grim Hanger is a 46 mm, 3.7 kg heavy flow rope for advanced practitioners: all black rope with red handle wraps, and your choice of black or red end caps. Death by rope flow.

It is not a beginner rope. It is built for people who already control a heavy rope and want raw resistance and serious grip demand. It rewards slow, intentional heavy rope flow patterns like figure-8s, sneaks and dragon rolls that load your core and build functional strength. Heavy flow ropes are softer than a typical battle rope, so they roll and wrap around the body more easily.

Specifications

Weight: 3.7 kg

Diameter: 46 mm

Length: 265 cm total, 245 cm between handles

Colour: black rope with red handle wraps

End caps: black or red (choose your colour, same rope and same price)

Material: marine-grade braided rope, polyester and nylon

Skill level: advanced

Best for: heavy rope flow, maximum resistance, grip endurance

Made in: Melbourne, Australia

Where it sits in the heavy range

Working up to it: Ghost Shark (820 g), Black Panther (1.25 kg), then Purple Gorilla (40 mm, 3 kg)

Going further: The Whale (50 mm, 4.5 kg)

Everything heavy: browse all heavy ropes

Questions

Is The Grim Hanger good for beginners?

No. At 3.7 kg it is for advanced practitioners.
